Attractions in Cumbria by Public Transport

Certain parts of Cumbria – especially within the Lake District – are easy to get around by train, bus, boat or foot. The below are the attractions that are fairly easy to reach without a car.

When selecting these attractions, we have chosen places that are walkable within about 3 miles (approximately an hour). Of course, if you are keen to incorporate a longer walk, or a hike, that will open many other attractions.
