Brampton to Zero
About
A grassroot groups “determined to make a difference”, Brampton to Zero has a number of community projects on the go in and around Brampton to reduce carbon. This includes tree planting, increasing number of hedgerows, maintaining peatbogs, and planting wildlife gardens. Instead of waiting for lengthy policy change processes, this group is taking action to bring about change themselves.
Projects include home retrofits, biodiversity and carbon capture projects, net zero education, and a solar cooperative. They also host a number of events including local eco walks and volunteering activities.
