Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF)
Following a government grant from the UK Advanced Fuels Fund competition, this fledgeling business is developing a first-of-its-kind Power to Liquid E-Fuel facility in Workington. The E-Fuel is formed of long-chain hydrocarbons created using just air, water, and low-carbon electricity. The facility has a target operation date of 2031.
